(C) Any players that have played less than 5 frames can play but their handicap will be same as the best player in the team (lowest handicap)
Change to:

Snooker Rules - what to do on the night of match (in light of nominating ball) should we arrange a referee seminar where all Captains/someone from team must attend, or decide at AGM which rule catches teams out on night and set a ruling

A - same as this season
B - if 25 teams no Handicap league - Premier (14) with 1 bye, B+ - Division 1 (12) no byes with later start of season, this depends on clubs with more teams than tables
Working on following due to trying to do handicap league so subject to changes, up for ideas
C & C+ - (7 groups of 3 one bye in each only 2 matches, 1 group of 4 who will play 3 matches) Winner of each group in Main, Runner-up from each goes to Plate
C for Premier and C+ for Division 1 as (B , B+) on teams & start

With the Handicap Cup going in full swing there is 4 options on making it better
If 24 teams leave As it is as frames for points or
Go for Match wins points win 3-2,4-1 or 5-0 only get 2 points but frames to decide positions then different is frame scores
Having a league table based on As Frames won with top 8 in Main Quarter's and 9-16th in Plate Quarter's or
As Points being done the same way as Match wins points but just one league
If 25+ Teams doubt if we will be having a Handicap league but should you decide to then either As Frames or As Points
But only top 4 goes into Main Semi's and 5-8th into Plate Semi's, only fairest way to do this is 5 groups of 5 (1 bye) which would make the season too long
