Sad news tonight,Bob Trick of Freathy passed away yesterday after a battle with Parkinson’s for several years.Bob was a gentleman and I’m sure you will all agree a friend to us all.As far as I can remember he played for his beloved Freathy Hall,and in the local Plymouth Leagues,he loved his snooker.
Bob also did all the printing for the league fixture cards,books and wall charts,all done with no fuss and always a quality product at the end.
Our league has lost a good guy,on behalf of the Liskeard and District Snooker League and all member clubs I send my sincere condolences to Chris and Bobs immediate family not forgetting his team mates at Freathy,RIP Bob. Darren Hunn
Ok guys it that time of season now regarding perpetual cups
Rule 37) All perpetual trophy cups to be handed to Dan Marchant by 31st of March each season where engraving and cleaning will be done. winners in current season (please pay Dan Marchant) will see their names on cups at presentations, Failure to do so will result in a £10.00 fine.
Please check contact details, if any players need removing due to no longer playing please let me know
